How Onboarding Works
1) Verification
We confirm your company details, service area, and the kind of listings you provide.
2) Feed Import (Optional)
If you have an XML feed URL (or file export), we import it and map your fields into our format. Use the dealer import tool to validate before onboarding.
3) Presentation
Your listings are displayed with consistent cards, clean descriptions, share buttons, and a map view.
What We Need From You
If you do not have a feed, we can start with a manual shortlist or a small batch export.
Street Scout (Earn €200–€500)
Not an agency, but you live locally and spot “For Sale” boards while walking around? Join Street Scout: submit a photo + location and earn a reward when we onboard the listing and it sells.
Recommend & Earn (10%)
Know someone who wants to buy or sell? Share a listing or share your Buy/Sell links. If your referral becomes a client and pays SCP fees, you earn 10% of the revenue.
