Affiliate Program Terms

Overview

The Spanish Coast Properties affiliate program lets individuals recommend our services and earn a reward when a referred client generates confirmed revenue for Spanish Coast Properties.

Eligibility

  • You must have an active SCP account.
  • Self-referrals are not eligible.
  • We may pause or ban accounts for fraud/abuse.

Attribution

  • Links use the parameter ?aff=CODE.
  • Attribution is best-effort and may rely on browser storage.
  • If a client contacts us by email/WhatsApp, they should include the referral code when possible.

Commission

  • Commission rate: 10% of SCP revenue (fees) from the referred client.
  • Not based on the property sale price.
  • Taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and third-party costs may reduce eligible revenue.

Payout

  • Payouts are made after revenue is confirmed and verified.
  • You can choose cash or goods/services (credit), depending on availability.
  • We may require an invoice/receipt and identity verification depending on jurisdiction.

Privacy

Affiliates see their commission events and totals. We do not share client personal data with affiliates unless explicitly permitted.

Changes & Termination

We may update these terms, change the commission structure, or end the program at any time. If you continue to participate after updates, you accept the new terms.
