The March-April window is almost finished, so we are opening the full 2026 calendar now. Buyers can already reserve their planning window for May-June, July-August, September-October, and November-December.

The current March-April window ends on April 30, 2026. Future windows are already open for booking, including September-October. Qualification depends on the selected window and the date the binding contract is signed.

2026 Windows

We are splitting the year by buyer behavior, not by a rigid quarter grid: a closing spring window, two summer planning windows, a strong September-October decision window, and a year-end priority window.

Early Summer Window

Ideal for buyers who want to travel before peak summer and secure options before July competition rises.

Made for families and holiday-based trips that need tight itineraries, priority scheduling, and no wasted viewing days.

Autumn Signature Window

This is the strongest decision season for serious buyers. We are making September-October bookable already so clients can lock dates in advance.

Year-End Priority Window

Nov 1 - Dec 31, 2026 | booking open now

For buyers who want year-end leverage, quieter calendars, and a clean run into winter reservations and completions.

Core Offer Across All 2026 Windows

We keep the monetary structure stable across the rest of 2026. That makes the campaign easy to understand, easy for affiliates to explain, and strong enough to publish ahead of time.

New builds

The same tiered Viewing Trip Credit and Return Stay Credit stay available across every remaining 2026 window.

Resales

From May through December 2026, each calendar month has one VIP resale buyer whose viewing trip is credited back up to the monthly cap. Every resale buyer still gets the Completion Concierge Pack.

New Builds Privileges

New build buyers receive two completion credits: a Viewing Trip Credit and a Return Stay Credit. Caps are tied to the purchase price so the offer stays proportional to the budget and still feels premium.

€250k - €399k

Viewing Trip Credit up to €1,500 + Return Stay Credit up to €750.

€400k - €699k

Viewing Trip Credit up to €2,500 + Return Stay Credit up to €1,000.

€700k - €999k

Viewing Trip Credit up to €3,500 + Return Stay Credit up to €1,250.

€1,000,000+

Viewing Trip Credit up to €5,000 + Return Stay Credit up to €1,500.

Viewing Trip Credit is receipt-based and paid at completion. Return Stay Credit is issued at completion as a travel credit/voucher, valid for 12 months. One buying party per purchase.

How Future Booking Works

1) Choose your window now

Clients can already reserve future windows, especially September-October, so dates and travel planning start early.

2) We build the shortlist before travel

Before the trip, we confirm budget, must-haves, and route planning so each day stays decisive.

3) Benefits lock to the selected window

The booking can be made in advance, but the offer qualifies only if the binding contract is signed inside the selected campaign window.
