What Happens After You Submit
We treat every seller lead as a private review first. Your contact details and exact address are not shown publicly. The team checks the information, confirms permission to sell, and decides the best next step before anything is published.

We check the property type, area, price expectation, photos, and contact details.
2) Verification
We contact you to confirm ownership or selling permission and fill any missing details.
3) Presentation
If it fits our area, we prepare the public listing and may arrange better photos where useful.
4) Promotion
Published listings can be shared as a page, brochure, WhatsApp link, buyer catalogue, or social reel.
How Commission Is Agreed
Nothing is published with a hidden fee. Before we promote your property, we agree the price strategy and commission model in writing.
Fixed visibility option
For 500 EUR + IVA, we can prepare and publish your property, take photos, and hold keys where agreed. You keep control of buyer contact and negotiation.
Collaborative sale
If you want faster exposure through our partner agency network, our fee is 5% + IVA of the final sale price. We use that commission to coordinate the sale and, where needed, share with the agency that brings the buyer.
Minimum price model
If you prefer to agree a minimum amount you are willing to accept, we can add our commercial commission above that amount and publish only when the final price remains market-credible.
Clear numbers
We confirm the seller target, advertised price, commission, IVA, and payment point before viewings begin.
No obligation to publish
If the numbers do not make sense for the market, we will say so before spending your time or ours.
The fixed visibility option is designed for owners who want a simple listing service. It does not include partner-agency commission sharing, full-service viewings, negotiation, or legal representation unless agreed separately.
